- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine the first 3 ingredients; beat until smooth.

2Add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla, beating until combined.

3Spoon into pastry shell.

4Sprinkle with pecans.

5Combine 3 eggs, corn syrup, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat well and pour over pecans.

6Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes, or until set.

7Yields one 9-inch pie.
