- 1 large head lettuce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 pieces celery, chopped
- 12 boiled eggs
- medium jar bacon bits
- bag shredded cheese
- 1 lb. frozen green peas
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Layer lettuce, onion, bell pepper, celery, 6 chopped boiled eggs, 1/2 bacon bits and 1/2 cheese in large casserole dish, add on top frozen peas.

2Mix mayonnaise and sugar.

3Pour over top of peas, spread to make smooth.

4Slice remaining eggs, lay on top, spread remaining cheese and bacon bits.

5Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

6The longer it sits, the better.

7You can use low-fat shredded cheese and low-fat bacon bits and the flavor will not be effected.
