Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen green peas (raw)
- mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. bacon bits
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Use a large, deep salad bowl.

2Tear lettuce into small pieces; place in bowl.

3Add celery, onion, green pepper and raw peas. Spread mayonnaise or salad dressing over top of peas to seal top of mixture, about 1/4 inch thick.

4Sprinkle top with bacon bits and Parmesan cheese.

5Cover.

6Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

7Toss before serving.
