Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce, broken into large bowl
- 1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can or frozen small English peas, drained
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 5 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
Directions

1Layer first 4 ingredients.

2Spread and seal with mayonnaise, then top with sugar, Parmesan cheese and bacon in that order.

3Seal with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight or for 12 hours. Serve as is; do not stir.

4This will last for 2 to 3 days if refrigerated.
