Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, broken into large bowl
  • 1 large Vidalia onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) can or frozen small English peas, drained
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 5 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

Directions

    Layer first 4 ingredients.

    Spread and seal with mayonnaise, then top with sugar, Parmesan cheese and bacon in that order.

    Seal with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight or for 12 hours. Serve as is; do not stir.

    This will last for 2 to 3 days if refrigerated.
