- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 15 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.

3Stir in spaghetti sauce.

4Remove from heat.

5Mix spaghetti, eggs and Parmesan cheese.

6Spread in ungreased rectangular baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
