  • 1 pound minced meat( three times in meat mincer until soft like cream)
  • 11/2 cups bulgur ( no#1)
  • 1 big onion
  • salt, pepper, cumin, cinnamon
  • vegetable oil or butter
  • Filling
  • 1/2 pound minced meat
  • 3 big onions minced
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses( optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sum-mac ( optional)
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
