  • 3 qt. kettle riced potatoes
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. flour

    Peel, cook and rice the potatoes.

    Add 1/2 cup margarine while the potatoes are hot.

    Chill overnight or several hours in the refrigerator.
