- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth (use bouillon cube)
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- few sprigs parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/8 tsp. powdered sage
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. diced cooked pork
Directions

1Cook and drain rice.

2Make a sauce with next 4 ingredients. Add parsley, onion, sage and half the cheese.

3Stir until cheese is melted; add rice and pork and put in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and some paprika.

4Bake in 375° oven about 30 minutes.
