- 2 1/2 lb. unpeeled large fresh shrimp
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Italian reduced-calorie salad dressing
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
- 3 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Directions

1Peel and devein shrimp; place in a large shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously.

2Pour marinade over shrimp.

3Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.

4Thread shrimp onto skewers.

5Broil or grill 5 to 6 inches from medium heat 3 to 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade.
