- 1 lb. chicken breast, skinned and cut into thin strips
- 1 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
- 1 lb. pkg. California style frozen vegetables
- hot, cooked pasta or rice
- Parmesan cheese (if desired)
Directions

1In large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/4 of the dressing.

2Saute until chicken begins to brown.

3Add vegetables and remaining dressing.

4Cover and simmer about 7 to 9 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

5Serve over pasta or rice. Sprinkle with the cheese.

6Makes 5 servings.
