  • 1 lb. chicken breast, skinned and cut into thin strips
  • 1 c. reduced calorie Italian dressing
  • 1 lb. pkg. California style frozen vegetables
  • hot, cooked pasta or rice
  • Parmesan cheese (if desired)

Directions

    In large skillet, combine chicken and about 1/4 of the dressing.

    Saute until chicken begins to brown.

    Add vegetables and remaining dressing.

    Cover and simmer about 7 to 9 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Serve over pasta or rice. Sprinkle with the cheese.
