  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 2 regular pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour and melted butter with a beater.

    Pour on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
