- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sifted, powdered sugar
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Sift together first two ingredients.

2Cut in butter until dough clings together.

3Press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

5Beat eggs, sugar and lemon juice until thick and smooth.

6Sift flour and baking powder, stir into egg mixture.

7Pour over crust and bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

8Cool and cut into bars.
