  • 2 cups graham crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 1-1/2 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Directions

    Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

    Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides.

    Mix graham crumbs, butter and sugar until blended; press onto bottom of prepared pan.

    Bake 10 min.

    Meanwhile, beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy.

    Gradually beat in milk.

    Add egg yolks; mix well.

    Blend in lemon zest and juice; pour over crust.

    Bake 20 to 22 min.

    or until centre is set.

    Cool completely.

    Refrigerate 2 hours.

    Use foil handles to remove dessert from pan before cutting into bars.
