  • 1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 1/2 c. hot water
  • rind and juice of 3 lemons
  • 2 pkg. vanilla wafers or graham crackers, crushed

    Mix jello with water.

    Mix together ingredients.

    Crush wafers and line pan.

    Pour in mixture. Top with crumbs.
