  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 1/2 c. ReaLemon juice from concentrate
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind (optional)
  • 1 (21 oz.) can Comstock brand blueberry filling or topping, chilled
  • whipped topping or whipping cream

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Beat egg yolks in a medium bowl. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon brand juice and rind. Pour into prepared crust. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. Chill. Top with blueberry filling. Garnish with whipped topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
