- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 good Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 lemon and rind
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 cube butter (must be butter)
Directions

1Squeeze lemon and grate rind into saucepan.

2Mix all other ingredients together, except butter, and cook until it comes to a boil, stirring often.

3Continue cooking until it thickens.

4When thick, take from stove and stir in butter.

5Keep stirring.

6Don't let it stick.
