  • 1 cake mix (lemon supreme)
  • 1 box lemon jello
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 3/4 c. oil

Directions

    Combine jello and dry cake mix.

    Add apricot nectar.

    Add oil slowly then eggs one at a time until all are mixed well.

    Beat with mixer about 4 minutes.

    Bake in tube pan at 350° for 1 hour. When cake is done, allow to stand 3 or 4 minutes and turn out on cooling rack.

    Glaze while hot.
