- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 4 egg whites
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. grated rind
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Cream butter, add sugar gradually, cream until light and fluffy, add yolks, beat well.

2Add flour, juice, rind and salt. Stir in milk, fold in stiffly beaten whites.

3Pour into 5 x 9-inch baking dish.

4Set in hot water; bake at 325° for 40 minutes then 350° until brown.
