- 1 envelop plain gelatin
- 1 box lemon pie filling
- 3 egg yolks
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 3 egg whites
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes.

2Cook pie filling with 1 3/4 cups water, sugar and egg yolks.

3When thick add gelatin and cheese.

4Beat until smooth.

5Fold in egg whites and pineapple.

6Spread over graham cracker mixture.

7Chill.

8Serve with topping or ice cream.
