Ingredients: 1 pkg. lemon cake mix (no pudding); 1/2 c. margarine or butter; 3 eggs; 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese; 1/2 c. granulated sugar; 1/2 tsp. vanilla; 2 tsp. lemon juice; confectioners sugar

1 pkg. lemon cake mix (no pudding)
1/2 c. margarine or butter
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon juice
confectioners sugar

Directions

Mix together cake mix, margarine and 1 egg in large bowl, using mixer until crumbly.

Press onto bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

Bake at 350° for 8 minutes.

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

Mix in remaining 2 eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until blended.

Pour over crust.

Bake 25 minutes until top edges are golden brown. Dust with confectioners sugar.
