- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Directions

1In a bowl combine the cracker crumbs, pecans and sugar, add butter, mix well (set aside 1/2 cup).

2Press the remaining crumb mixture into greased 13 x 9 inch baking dish.

3Bake at 325 degrees for 8 minutes.

4Meanwhile, in a small bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth.

5Add the milk, eggs and lemon juice, beat until smooth.

6Spoon over crust.

7Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.

8Bake for 30 minutes or until center is almost set.

9Cool on a wire rack.

10Store in refrigerator.
