- 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
- 4 eggs (unbeaten)
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 1 grated lemon rind
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Directions

1Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal; toss lightly with fork. Add next 5 ingredients; beat with rotary or electric mixer until smooth and blended.

2Pour into unbaked pie shell.

3Bake at 375° for about 35 minutes or until top is golden brown.
