  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Add the eggs, one at a time.

    Bake in unbaked pie shell at 350° for 10 minutes, then lower to 300° for 30 minutes or until done.
