- 1 pkg. chicken breasts
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 cans broccoli and cheese soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Simmer chicken breasts in butter and lemon juice until all liquid is gone.

2In same skillet, pour both cans of soup over chicken with about 1/2 cup water.

3Let simmer on low heat about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4Put over rice or noodles.

5Tastes great and fast and easy to cook.

6If you want more twang to it just add more lemon juice.
