- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 Medium Shallot, Chopped Very Fine (about 1/4 Cup)
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Sea Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2 cans (16 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans (chickpeas), Rinsed And Drained
- 2 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Tarragon
- 1/4 cups Toasted Pine Nuts
- 1-1/2 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
Directions

1In a medium skillet, add olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add shallots and cook for 2-3 minutes, until shallots are soft. Add sea salt, black pepper and chickpeas. Heat for 5 minutes or until warm, stirring occasionally.

2Remove from heat and stir in tarragon, pine nuts and lemon juice. Serve warm.
