  • 1 egg, beaten
  • powdered sugar

    Mix first 3 ingredients; roll into balls the size of walnuts. Roll in powdered sugar.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.

    These will not or should not be brown.

    Bake no more than 8 to 10 minutes.
