Lemon Crunch Pound Cake

  • 2 c. cake flour
  • 2 tsp. lemon flavoring
  • 1 c. oil
  • 5 large eggs

    Cream sugar and oil together thoroughly.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    Add flavoring, then the cake flour that has been sifted four times.

    Add in four parts. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350°.
