- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 2/3 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 3/4 c. milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 3 small boxes lemon instant pudding
Directions

1Combine flour, oleo and pecans and press mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

3Beat until smooth the cream cheese, sugar and add Cool Whip.

4Spread over cooled crust. Combine pudding with milk and pour over cheese layer.

5Spread a thin layer of Cool Whip on top.

6Garnish with crushed pecans. Refrigerate for 8 hours.
