  • 3 eggs, separated (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. cream whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 2 drops yellow food coloring

Directions

    Beat egg whites until peaks; add sugar.

    Beat again until stiff.

    Blend in remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Spoon into baked shell.

    Freeze for 2 or 3 hours until firm.

    Defrost 15 minutes before serving.
