- 9-inch graham pie shell
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk, sweetened
- 3 eggs (yolks only)
- 1/3 c. Minute Maid pure lemon juice (not lemonade mix)
- 14 vanilla wafer cookies
- 4 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
Directions

1Combine Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks and lemon juice in a bowl.

2Using a wire whip, mix together well.

3It will thicken automatically.

4Pour filling into shell. Place vanilla wafers around edge of filled pie, leaving approximately one-half of the wafer above the fill line.

5Top pie with Cool Whip.

6Cover pie with plastic wrap.

7Place pie in freezer at least 2 hours before serving.

8Serve frozen.
