Lemon Jello Cake

- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 box lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract (optional)
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Dissolve jello in hot water and set aside.

2Pour cake mix into bowl and add oil.

3Add eggs one at a time.

4Add jello mixture and lemon.

5Pour into greased and floured 9X13 pan.

6Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

7While cake is still hot, prick all over cake with fork.

8Make glaze with lemon juice and powdered sugar; pour over cooled cake.

9Can also use orange cake mix and orange jello.
