- 1 graham cracker crust
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/2 c. ReaLemon
- 1 tsp. ground lemon rind
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/3 c. sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In medium bowl beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLemon and rind.

3Pour in crust.

4Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy.

5Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff, but not dry.

6Spread meringue on top of pie; seal carefully to edge of crust.

7Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until meringue is golden brown.
