- 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice from concentrate
- 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- yellow food coloring (optional)
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/3 c. sugar
- confectioners sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Line 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.

3Prepare cake mix as package directs.

4Spread batter evenly into prepared pan.

5Bake 30 minutes or until top springs back.

6Immediately turn onto towel sprinkled with confectioners sugar.

7Peel off foil; beginning at narrow end, roll up cake with towel in jelly roll fashion.
