- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon artifical sweetener
- 4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 large eggs
- 13 cup lemon juice
- 4 each egg whites meringue
- 4 packages sugar substitute meringue
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar meringue
- 1 each pie shell (9 inch)
Directions

1Cook all ingredients in double boiler until thickened.

2Pour into pie shell.

3Top with meringue which has been beaten stiff.

4Bake 450F (230C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
