  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon artifical sweetener
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 large eggs
  • 13 cup lemon juice
  • 4 each egg whites meringue
  • 4 packages sugar substitute meringue
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar meringue
  • 1 each pie shell (9 inch)

Directions

    Cook all ingredients in double boiler until thickened.

    Pour into pie shell.

    Top with meringue which has been beaten stiff.

    Bake 450F (230C) for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
