- 3 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 lemon rind, grated
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions

1Combine butter and sugar, creaming until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well.

2Combine dry ingredients and buttermilk, alternating to creamed mixture, beginning and ending with buttermilk.

3Mix until moist.

4Stir in lemon juice and rind and pecans.
