Lemon Pound Cake

- 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix (plus 2 c. extract)
- 1 c. cold water
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Mix water, margarine, flavoring and cake mix in large mixing bowl.

2Mix for 1 minute.

3Then add eggs and beat on medium speed for 2 more minutes.

4Pour into a tube cake pan that has been greased.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6When done, turn out of pan and leave it bottom side up.

7When cool, ice it with Lemon Icing recipe.
