- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c. milk
- 1 lemon, grated with rind and juice
Directions

1Add flour to sugar.

2Pour in juice and rind of lemon.

3Beat egg yolks and add with milk to lemon mixture.

4Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

5Bake in lightly greased casserole with pan of water.

6Bake at 300 degrees for one hour.

7Watch carefully for when it is brown and the pudding is set.

8Serve plain or with whipped cream.
