- 1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jell-O
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 small (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Directions

1Dissolve Jell-O in water.

2Let set until slightly thickened. Add pineapple, marshmallows, 1/2 can of lemon pie filling and 1/2 carton Cool Whip.

3Pour in square or oblong 8 x 11-inch glass dish. Let set and spread remaining pie filling over Jell-O and remaining Cool Whip on top.

4Can garnish top with lemon slices, maraschino cherries or nuts.
