- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1In small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water.

2Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until boiling (approximately 5 minutes) until thick. Add butter, lemon rind and lemon juice. This is good over bread pudding or gingerbread.
