- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan; stir in water.

2Stir constantly over medium heat until it boils.

3When it comes to a boil, boil for 1 minute.

4Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.

5Serve warm or cool.
