- 1 c. milk
- 3 beaten egg whites
- 1 lemon
Directions

1Cream sugar and oleo together.

2Beat in egg yolks, flour and milk.

3Add juice of lemon and grated rind.

4Fold in 3 beaten egg whites.

5Bake in unbaked crust until firm (30 to 40 minutes) at 350°.
