  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 heaping Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 beaten egg whites
  • 1 lemon

    Cream sugar and oleo together.

    Beat in egg yolks, flour and milk.

    Add juice of lemon and grated rind.

    Fold in 3 beaten egg whites.

    Bake in unbaked crust until firm (30 to 40 minutes) at 350°.
