- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 c. milk
- juice and rind of 2 lemons
Directions

1Mix lemon juice and rind; add egg yolk, sugar and butter. Then add flour, egg yolks and milk.

2Then fold beaten egg whites into batter.

3Pour into pie shell.

4Makes 2 (8-inch) pies.

5Bake 45 minutes at 375°.
