Ingredients

  • 2 (14 oz. each) cans sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 (about 14 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 large pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (about 20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 qt. half and half
  • 1 c. sugar (optional)
  • 3 eggs

Directions

    Combine the evaporated milk, pudding mix, crushed pineapple and beaten egg in top of a double boiler and cook over hot water until mixture coats a spoon.

    Cooking is recommended because it is not advisable to eat raw eggs.
