Ingredients: 1/4 cup mayonnaise; 2 tablespoons lemon juice; 2 tablespoons honey; 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind; 1/4 teaspoon salt; 2 Red Delicious apples, cored and chopped; 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped; 1/4 cup diced celery; 1/4 cup raisins; 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Directions

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in apples, celery, and raisins. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with chopped pecans just before serving.
