Lemony New Potatoes

- 8 to 12 new potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. snipped chives
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1In large saucepot heat 1 inch water to boiling.

2Add potatoes. Cover and cook until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.

3When potatoes are done, turn off stove top.

4Pour potatoes into colander to drain.

5Pour potatoes into serving dish and cover with foil.

6Place butter, lemon juice, chives and salt in skillet on stove top.

7Just prior to serving, turn on heat and stir with mixing spoon until butter has melted.

8Remove foil from potatoes, pour lemon butter over potatoes to coat.

9Serve immediately.
