- 4 quarts corn
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 quart water
- 4 teaspoons salt
Directions

1Cut the corn off the cob and measure 4 quarts.

2Be careful this gets slippery.

3Put all the ingredients in a large kettle.

4Bring to a boil.

5Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently to keep corn from sticking to bottom of pan.

6After 10 minutes, set aside to cool.

7When cool package in your freezer containers.
