- 1 teaspoon milk
- 14 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 12 cup crumbled blue cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1In a small bowl ,whisk together the yogurt, milk, mayo, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and cayenne until its smooth.
