  • 12 cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 14 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 12 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    In a small bowl ,whisk together the yogurt, milk, mayo, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and cayenne until its smooth.

    Stir in the blue cheese and salt and pepper.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight so the flavors develop.
