- 400 grams minced chicken meat
- 500 grams shredded carrots
- 300 grams mushrooms
- 150 grams spinach
- 1 dash oregano
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 can tomato paste
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 box lasagna plates
- 1/4 liter mornay sauce
- 250 grams grated cheese
Directions

1Make sure you have all the ingredients + minced chicken meat

2Shred the carrots

3Chop the mushrooms

4Fry the minced chicken meat until done and put aside

5Put tomato paste in a pot

6Add frozen chopped spinach and stir until thawed

7Add mushrooms

8Add the carrots

9Add the previously fried chicken meat

10Add the tomato sauce

11Spice with salt and oregano

12Let the sauce simmer for a bit

13Put a thin layer of sauce in the bottom of a dish

14Add a layer of lasagna plates

15Another layer of the sauce

16A layer of mornay sauce

17A layer of lasagna plates

18Repeat step 15, 16, and 17

19Put the rest of the mornay sauce on top of the lasagna plates

20Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese all over

21Pre-heat oven to 180C

22Bake lasagna for approx.
