Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. skim milk
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt (optional)
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1 small garlic, pressed
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 4 oz. flake or leg-style imitation crab meat, coarsely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
- 24 slices canape bread
Directions

1In small bowl, combine cream cheese, milk, lemon juice and salt.

2Finely chop onion.

3Add to cream cheese mixture along with pressed garlic.

4Mix well.

5Spread cream cheese mixture over bottom of small 8-inch pan.

6Coarsely chop tomato and bell pepper and sprinkle over cream cheese mixture.

7Top with crab meat.

8Snip parsley and sprinkle over crab meat.

9Cover and refrigerate. Serve spread with bread slices.
