Light Vegetable Tuna Pie

- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of ground red pepper
- 3 tsp. chopped onion
- 3 tsp. green pepper
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 can lite tuna (undrained)
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In mixing bowl, combine egg, mayonnaise, seasoning, onion and green pepper.

2Stir in bread crumbs; mix in tuna.

3Press gently into 8-inch pie plate with fork.

4Toss vegetables with 1/4 cup cheese into shell.

5Sprinkle 1/4 cup cheese over vegetables.

6Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or microwave on High for 3 to 5 minutes.
